Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Support Administrator to join our remote team. This entry-level position combines customer support with administrative coordination, data entry, account maintenance, request tracking, and document processing.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to routine customer questions and requests professionally.
- Assist with account, order, product, and service inquiries.
- Provide accurate information using approved company resources.
- Explain standard procedures and next steps clearly.
- Resolve routine concerns within established guidelines.
- Follow up on pending customer requests when necessary.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues appropriately.

Administrative Support
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, lists, and trackers.
- Process routine administrative requests.
- Maintain contact lists, activity logs, and shared records.
- Organize digital folders and internal resources.
- Assist with shared inboxes when assigned.
- Route documents and requests to appropriate departments.
- Complete routine clerical and administrative assignments.
Customer Records & Data Entry
- Enter and update customer information in company systems.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and account records.
- Document customer interactions and completed actions.
- Review information for accuracy and completeness.
- Process authorized account updates.
- Identify missing, duplicate, outdated, or inconsistent information.
- Make routine corrections when authorized.
- Protect confidential customer information.
Ticket & Request Management
- Create and update customer support tickets.
- Categorize incoming requests appropriately.
- Maintain clear and accurate case notes.
- Track open, pending, and completed requests.
- Update ticket status as work progresses.
- Monitor follow-up requirements and deadlines.
- Escalate cases requiring specialized assistance.
- Close completed requests according to established procedures.
Account & Document Administration
- Assist with routine account maintenance.
- Verify information before processing authorized changes.
- Upload, label, categorize, and organize digital documents.
- Review forms for completeness.
- Maintain electronic customer records.
- Follow established file-naming and storage procedures.
- Retrieve authorized documentation when requested.
- Maintain basic processing and tracking logs.
Quality & Accuracy Support
- Review completed work for accuracy.
- Compare information with approved source records.
- Identify incomplete or inconsistent information.
- Correct routine errors when authorized.
- Report unresolved discrepancies.
- Follow established quality-control and documentation procedures.
Remote Team Collaboration
- Communicate professionally through email, chat, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate customer requests with other departments.
- Provide updates on pending or unresolved cases.
- Ask for clarification when instructions are incomplete.
- Participate in virtual meetings, training, and coaching.
- Maintain dependable communication during scheduled work hours.
