Validio is the agentic data management platform that automates data quality, lineage, and cataloging — so enterprises can finally trust the data behind their analytics, AI, and reporting. As a Customer Success Manager, you own what comes after the signature — the part where that trust is actually earned.
You'll own a portfolio of global enterprise customers from onboarding to renewal: getting them live, uncovering the next use case, and turning early adopters into the references that grow with us. As an early member of the team, you'll build the playbook while you're running it.
What you'll do
- Own post-sale relationships end to end across a portfolio of leading global enterprises
- Lead onboarding and implementation, and get customers to value from day one
- Drive adoption through proactive check-ins, enablement sessions, and hands-on problem solving
- Act as a strategic advisor — learn each customer's environment deeply and uncover the next use case
- Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion, backed by real understanding of where the value sits
- Be the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, and shape the roadmap with what you hear
- Build and refine our Customer Success playbook as we scale
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in Customer Success, solutions engineering, or similar enterprise-facing roles, managing senior and technical stakeholders
- The range to move from a leadership conversation to a product demo to hands-on implementation in the same week
- Strong project management instincts, and a record of driving complex cross-functional work to done
- A commercial instinct for retention and expansion, and the ownership to act without being told how
- Excellent communication in English, and the empathy to read a room and adjust
Bonus points for
- Fluency with the modern data stack (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Looker, Tableau) and SQL
- Building a Customer Success motion from an early stage
