Are you a customer success or consulting professional who wants to own how large organisations actually adopt AI, rather than just handing them a licence and hoping?
This role is with a Microsoft partner specialising in Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI adoption for enterprise and government customers across the Gulf. They deploy Copilot into large organisations through their own rapid deployment programme, and they are now building out their presence in Kuwait.
You would be the person on the ground. Running workshops with executives and department heads, working out where Copilot genuinely changes how teams work, and making sure people actually use it once it lands.

What will you be doing?
- Delivering Copilot workshops to executives, end users and whole departments across customer organisations
- Identifying practical Copilot use cases for teams in marketing, operations, HR and support
- Mapping how customers work today and designing how Copilot changes that for the better
- Training and supporting users so they are genuinely using Copilot well, not just logging in
- Guiding customers through change management as they adopt new ways of working
- Acting as a trusted advisor, building relationships with stakeholders at every level
What do you need?
- 3 to 5 years in customer success, consulting or business analysis
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, ideally having delivered training or workshops around them
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and running a room
- Fluent Arabic and English, based in Kuwait
- A technical or engineering degree is a bonus, along with genuine curiosity about how AI changes the way people work
