Job Description:
The customer service specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring optimal use of CRM tools and data. They will play a key role in customer retention and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate customer data.
- Track and analyze customer interactions and feedback.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with sales, and customer service teams to align CRM efforts.
- Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and assist in training end users.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in CRM or a similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and customer-focused approach.
