We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at a growing lighting company! We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and proactive professional who can deliver excellent service, support customers with product inquiries, and coordinate smoothly with our sales and technical teams.
Candidates with a background in Electrical Engineering or knowledge of lighting and electrical products will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about lighting products, specifications, availability, and pricing.
Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and follow up on deliveries.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Handle customer complaints, resolve issues professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and order tracking.
Follow up with customers on quotations, pending orders, and after-sales service requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience in the lighting, electrical, construction, or building materials industry is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
