Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; candidates with a strong marketing background are preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish is required.
