âś… Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate service.
Explain service procedures and requirements and respond to customer inquiries.
Manage customer flow and queues to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist customers in completing the required information and forms, ensuring accuracy.
Record customer information and update service records on approved systems while maintaining   confidentiality.
Coordinate with the team to follow up on customer requests and refer feedback and complaints to the relevant  person.
Keep the reception area organized and maintain service quality standards.
Skills
🎯 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Or diploma.
Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Urdu.
Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to use digital systems and enter data accurately.
Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred.

Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
Professional appearance, a courteous manner, and good listening skills.
