Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. In this position, the representative will assist travelers with inquiries related to bookings, check-ins, and airport services, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer requests in person and through digital channels, resolving issues promptly, and escalating complex concerns when necessary. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, guiding travelers through LPort’s smart solutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
