Role Description The Customer Service Manager at Sahar Healthcare is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghdad. This position oversees daily customer service operations, ensuring that patients and clients receive timely, accurate, and courteous support across all contact channels. The role includes supervising customer service staff, monitoring performance, handling escalated inquiries or complaints, and implementing procedures to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Manager will analyze service metrics, prepare reports, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and streamline processes. This role also involves training and coaching team members, maintaining service standards, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall patient and customer experience.
Qualifications
- * Demonstrated experience in Customer Service Management and Customer Support, with the ability to lead and develop a service-focused team.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with proven success in improving service quality and handling escalated concerns effectively.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret service data, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements to processes and workflows.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Baghdad, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under time pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in basic office software and customer service systems; familiarity with CRM tools or patient management systems is an advantage.
