About the RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Care Representative who is more than just a customer-service agent.
We’re looking for a Superman or Superwoman — someone who can confidently communicate with people over the phone, understand their needs quickly, build trust, and persuasively guide them toward the right DoctorVoice service.
You will be one of the main voices of DoctorVoice, communicating directly with patients and doctors and helping them get the most out of the platform.
What you'll do üìû Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients and doctors. * üó£Ô∏è Communicate confidently and naturally over the phone. * ü§ù Build trust and establish strong relationships with users. * üéØ Use strong persuasion and communication skills* to guide users toward appropriate DoctorVoice services. * ü©∫ Explain how DoctorVoice works and help patients access consultations. * üì± Guide users through registration, submitting complaints, uploading medical documents, and requesting follow-ups. * üîÑ Follow up with users to ensure their requests and issues are resolved. * üí¨ Handle inquiries through phone, chat, and other communication channels when required. * üìù Accurately document interactions and customer feedback. * üö® Identify and escalate complex technical or medical-related issues to the appropriate team. * üí° Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who has:
ExperiencePrevious experience in Customer Service, Contact Centers, Telesales, Customer Success, Healthcare, or Technology is a plus.
However, personality, communication ability, and persuasion skills matter more to us than years of experience.
