Role Description The Customer Service Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. The role involves responding promptly to customer requests, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring a professional and courteous experience. The Customer Service Assistant will document interactions, escalate complex cases when necessary, and follow established guidelines to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include updating customer records, collaborating with colleagues and supervisors, and meeting performance targets aligned with company standards.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build positive, professional rapport.
Experience in customer support and customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a structured environment.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is an advantage.
