JOB DESCRIPTION
Host livestreams on TikTok and YouTube, presenting cryptocurrency market insights and technical analysis covering major digital assets such as BTC and ETH.
Interact with viewers during livestreams, respond to relevant questions, and maintain an engaging and professional audience experience.
Participate in developing livestream topics, content ideas, and presentation scripts.
Collaborate with the operations team to execute livestream content and continuously improve content quality, audience engagement, and channel performance.
Create and produce short-form TikTok videos to develop and grow a personal content channel.
Monitor TikTok, YouTube, and other social media trends and propose new content ideas to increase reach and engagement.
Present market-related topics in a clear, objective, informative, and responsible manner.
Skills
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of hands-on experience with cryptocurrency markets or the digital asset industry.
Strong understanding of technical analysis and familiarity with multiple technical analysis tools and charting methods.
Strong ability to analyze market charts across multiple timeframes.
Confident and comfortable on camera, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Able to explain complex market-related topics in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a growth-oriented mindset.
Previous experience creating content for TikTok, YouTube, or finance-related social media channels is highly preferred.
Strong on-camera presence and professional presentation skills are preferred.
Experience hosting livestreams or presenting financial/market-related content is an advantage.

PRE-INTERVIEW CONTENT ASSESSMENT
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit a 5–10 minute market analysis video as part of the recruitment process.
The video should:
Select a major cryptocurrency market, preferably BTC or ETH.
Demonstrate the use of at least 4 technical analysis tools or indicators.
Present market observations across the 4H, 1H, and 15M timeframes.
Explain the analysis clearly, logically, and independently.
Demonstrate the candidate's communication skills, presentation ability, and confidence on camera.
The assessment is used solely to evaluate the candidate's market-analysis, communication, and content-presentation skills as part of the recruitment process.
