P24 Capital Markets is Hiring: Country Manager, Egypt (Cairo)

P24 Capital Markets is entering the Egyptian market and is looking for an entrepreneurial Country Manager to build our brand in Egypt from the ground up. You will own the local business: you'll set the strategy, hire the team, bring in clients and grow revenue. You'll report directly to group management.
This is a chance to launch and lead a brokerage brand in one of the region's fastest-growing retail trading markets, with real autonomy and a performance-linked package.
What You'll Do
- Build and carry out the go-to-market strategy for P24 Capital Markets in Egypt
- Set up and run the Cairo office: recruit, train and manage the sales, retention and support teams
- Own the country P&L, revenue targets, deposit volumes, client acquisition and team KPIs
- Develop brand awareness through local marketing, events, seminars, social media and partnerships
- Build a network of introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners
- Represent P24 in the local financial community, the media and industry events
- Work with the group's marketing, compliance and technology teams to adapt products and campaigns for the Egyptian market
- Make sure all local activity meets the group's compliance and KYC/AML standards
- Report regularly to management on performance, market trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in forex/CFD brokerage, fintech or financial services, with at least 2–3 years in a senior management role (Country Manager, Head of Sales, Regional Director or similar)
- Proven record of building and leading sales and retention teams
- A strong network in Egypt's trading community, such as IBs, affiliates, educators and influencers
- Clear understanding of retail trading products and client behaviour in the MENA region
- Commercially sharp, data-driven and comfortable owning targets and budgets
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you've built something from scratch before and enjoy doing it
