Lead Cost Control
A minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant working experience in cost control/project controls, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas construction/EPC projects
BE/ Btech In Civil/Mechanical / Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field
Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project costs throughout the lifecycle of oil and gas construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, budget compliance, and accurate financial reporting to support informed decision-making.
Proven experience with large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of EPC contract structures (Lump Sum, Reimbursable, Unit Rate)
Proficiency in Cost Control software
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent understanding of Earned Value Management
Strong communication and management skills
Attention to detail and high accuracy in reporting
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of contract administration and change management processes
Develop and maintain the project cost control system, including budgets, cost breakdown structures
Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and highlight variances
Prepare and issue periodic cost reports (weekly/monthly)
Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling team to align cost and schedule performance
Review and validate contractor/subcontractor invoices and payment applications
Manage change order tracking and cost impact assessments
Liaise with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate cost data capture
Prepare and Submit Monthly invoices to Client
Follow up and expedite the approval and timely payment from Client
