Role Description The Cost Control Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for monitoring and managing project costs to ensure alignment with budgets and financial targets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and updating cost reports, tracking actual expenditures against forecasts, and analyzing variances to provide timely recommendations to project and senior management. The role involves coordinating with project managers, procurement, finance, and site teams to gather cost data, verify invoices, and ensure accurate cost allocation. The Cost Control Manager will also support project planning and scheduling by providing cost estimates, participating in tender reviews, and contributing to risk assessments and value engineering initiatives. This position requires proactive oversight of cost-related processes to help maintain profitability and support informed decision-making across multiple projects.
