Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corrugator Operator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Corrugator Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring corrugating machinery to ensure consistent production of high-quality corrugated boards and boxes. Day-to-day tasks include adjusting machine settings, feeding raw materials, checking board quality, and performing routine inspections to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime. The role involves working closely with production and quality teams to follow safety standards, meet production targets, and maintain accurate production records. The Corrugator Operator is also expected to assist with basic machine maintenance, report technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in process efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
* Experience operating corrugator or similar packaging machinery, including setup, adjustment, and production monitoring.
* Knowledge of corrugated board specifications, quality standards, and basic troubleshooting of mechanical or process issues.
* Ability to follow safety procedures, handle materials safely, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Basic technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
* Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to identify and correct defects during production.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a production team environment.
* Willingness to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
* Previous experience in corrugated packaging or manufacturing is preferred; vocational or technical training in a related field is an advantage.
