Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for leading and empowering corporate excellence by raising performance standards, implementing continuous improvement, developing quality systems, policies, and procedures, and promoting innovation and governance. This supports the achievement of strategic objectives and enhances the committee’s competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Supervisory Tasks:
- Participate in developing administrative policies, initiatives, and operational plans, setting primary goals, target values, and KPIs, and continuously measuring and tracking them.
- Contribute to achieving the administration's core objectives, guiding the team to enhance service quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Propose workflow and procedural improvements, ensuring all approved work systems, policies, and procedures are thoroughly documented and adhered to.
- Monitor, follow up, and evaluate employee performance, identify training needs, recommend necessary training courses, and assess their outcomes and effectiveness.
- Estimate, identify, and provide all necessary resources, materials, and technologies for daily operations, ensuring optimal and effective utilization.
- Collaborate in setting the department’s budget with relevant departments and monitor its financial performance.
- Identify talent and competence needs, and make recommendations regarding human resources decisions (rewards, hiring, promotions, and transfers) in coordination with relevant organizational units.
- Establish effective communication channels with staff and maintain ongoing engagement regarding updates and decisions.
- Organize and archive department documents for easy retrieval and utilization.
- Monitor the provision of administrative resources, equipment, and materials in coordination with specialized units.
- Prepare periodic reports on departmental achievements and development proposals for the direct manager.
Specialized Tasks:
- Supervise the development of the annual corporate excellence plan, including preparing, implementing, evaluating, and periodically reviewing its programs and initiatives.
- Oversee the establishment of corporate excellence standards in line with requirements and best practices and ensure their dissemination.
- Monitor compliance with approved corporate excellence standards, track non-compliance cases, and determine corrective actions.
- Prepare corporate excellence reports, including analyses, benchmarking, and supportive recommendations for performance and quality development.
- Implement institutional development initiatives and measure their impact on operational efficiency and sustainable improvement.
- Review and document processes according to continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and standardize procedures.
- Foster a culture of excellence and provide support to organizational units to achieve corporate excellence.
- Perform any other assigned tasks within the scope of the position.
