What are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented Corporate Account Manager to manage and retain Amanleek’s corporate medical insurance clients, with a primary focus on maximizing client satisfaction, retention, and annual contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end client relationship from onboarding through policy renewal.
* Lead the onboarding of new corporate clients, ensuring they clearly understand their coverage, service process, and available support channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and key decision-makers to strengthen client engagement and trust.
* Manage all day-to-day client inquiries, requests, and service issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Coordinate with internal teams and insurance company representatives to resolve issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
* Proactively monitor client satisfaction, identify potential risks to retention, and take appropriate action to address them.
* Lead renewal preparation and follow-up, ensuring client needs and feedback are addressed and supporting a smooth annual renewal process.
* Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase client value and strengthen the overall relationship.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requests, feedback, and renewal-related activities on the CRM.
* Represent Amanleek’s values of empathy, transparency, and ownership* in every client interaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Good understanding of medical insurance products, coverage, and client servicing.
- Understanding of general insurance line is a huge plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to deal confidently with HR teams and key decision-makers.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
