About The Role & TeamAs Consultant Talent Acquisition, you will partner with the Technology and non-Technology teams to deliver a high-quality recruitment service in line with SITA’s hiring strategy and business needs. You will be accountable for a first-class candidate experience as well as a hiring manager focused service while ensuring requisite quality of hires are made at SITA within timescales and budgets.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, responsible for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services, including external talent acquisition and internal talent mobility. You will be hiring for our Technology and non-Technology teams based in MEA region along with global recruitment campaigns in other business functions.
We are going through a positive transformation to make our ways or working smarter and are looking for someone who will input into value-add projects and process improvements.
