Position PurposeThe Business Operations & Marketing Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and marketing coordination support across the Egypt organization. The role acts as a central point of coordination, supporting office operations, travel and meetings, employee engagement activities, marketing campaign execution, digital commerce activities, and vendor management.
The role works closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the successful execution of business initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Office Operations
- * Support administrative activities, including Purchase Orders (POs), expense reporting, documentation, and record management.
- Coordinate meetings, manage logistics, prepare agendas, and capture meeting minutes.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and follow-up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Support day-to-day office operational needs as required.
Travel & Employee Support
- * Coordinate business travel arrangements and liaise with travel partners.
- Support visa applications, embassy documentation, and passport processing.
- Assist associates with corporate card requests and renewals.
- Serve as a key contact for travel-related inquiries and support.
Employee Engagement & Events
- * Coordinate employee events, town halls, team gatherings, and workshops.
- Manage logistics, vendors, venues, catering, and event materials.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.
Marketing & Agency Coordination
- * Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and execution milestones.
- Follow up on creative development, asset approvals, and campaign implementation.
- Support production planning and ensure print proofs are reviewed, aligned, and approved before final production.
Digital Commerce Support
- * Monitor campaign execution across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Verify that banners, visuals, product content, and promotional materials are accurately implemented.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams and vendors to ensure correct asset specifications and quality standards.
- Track and escalate any execution issues requiring resolution.
Vendor & Operational Coordination
- * Coordinate shipments and deliveries with Facilities, suppliers, and external partners.
- Monitor vendor contracts and support renewal and documentation processes.
- Maintain operational trackers and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
QualificationsEducation
- * Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
- * 1-3 years of experience in administration, operations, marketing coordination, customer service, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- * Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams).
