The Opportunity
We are seeking a knowledgeable and guest-focused Concierge to assist guests with information, arrangements, and recommendations that enhance their stay in Abu Dhabi.
What You'll Do
- Provide guests with information on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests
- Assist with luggage coordination and special arrangements for VIP guests
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of city events, attractions, and services
- Liaise with external vendors (tour operators, transport providers, etc.)
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support Front Office and Bell Desk operations as needed

Who Should Apply
- 1–2 years of experience in a concierge or guest services role
- Strong local knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage
- Well-presented, proactive, and guest-focused attitude
