Introduction
Do you know how to turn a technical drawing into a perfectly machined part? For a high-tech manufacturer in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer who takes ownership of the process from programming to finished product. Precision, quality and continuous improvement are what this company is built on.
The Role
You are a key player in the production team and make sure components for demanding high-tech customers are made accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You work closely with programmers, engineers and quality colleagues.
Your responsibilities:
- Writing, adapting and optimising CNC programs
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, work orders and specifications
- Setting up CNC mills and/or lathes
- Monitoring product quality during the production process
- Resolving deviations in the process that result from programming
- Contributing to process improvements
- Reporting progress and deviations to your supervisor or work preparation
This is You
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level
- 5+ years of experience as a CNC miller or setter in plastics or metalworking
- 3-5 years of experience with external programming of 3- and 5-axis milling or turning machines
- Experience with One CNC is a plus
- Good command of English
- Analytical, solution-oriented and detail-minded, with a strong eye for quality
- Independent, well-organised and structured, but also a real team player
- Flexible when priorities change, and proactive in improving processes
What We Offer
- A monthly salary of €3,500 – €4,600 gross, depending on experience
- A full-time position (40 hours per week) in Eindhoven
