Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary commissioning authority and single point of contact for the Client, PMC, End User, General Contractor (GC), and Commissioning Agent (CxA).
Provide leadership, governance, and technical oversight for all commissioning activities across Electrical, Mechanical, and ELV systems.
Lead the development, review, and approval of commissioning plans, tagging plans, FAT procedures, load bank testing plans, method statements, sequences of operation (SOO), IST procedures, and turnover documentation.
Manage and direct Commissioning Managers and Discipline Commissioning Leads to ensure successful project execution.
Chair commissioning meetings, technical reviews, workshops, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
Monitor commissioning readiness, risks, progress, deficiencies, and corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
Lead the resolution of critical technical issues and ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and operational requirements.
Provide executive-level commissioning reports, recommendations, and status updates to senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 weeks notice
Minimum 15 years of commissioning experience, including mission-critical facilities and data center projects.
Proven experience managing commissioning activities : Integrated Systems Testing (IST), operational readiness, and project handover.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary commissioning teams and key project stakeholders.
