HV Testing & commissioning Engineer - Dewa Approved
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in Protection & Control (P&C) Engineering including SCMS/SCADA/RTUs integration.
Strong knowledge of protection relays, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, debottlenecking snags and handing over.
Strong knowledge of sizing calculations w.r.t various capital equipments in a typical DEWA substation and application engineering thereof.
Coordination with various OEMs, DEWA consultants, DEWA in order to push Engineering and Documents/Drawings approvals
Attending meetings with various OEMs, DEWA consultants and DEWA to follow up and push Engineering progress on various fronts.
Experience in Transmission & Distribution substations with DEWA in the past
Familiarity with DEWA protection & metering schemes for EHV/HV/MV/LV systems including relevant IEC/IEEE standards (as applicable)
Previous experience on utility, substation, or power projects is preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates who can mobilize on a very short notice.
