Role Description The Commercial Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for driving commercial performance and sustainable growth for the company. In this role, the Commercial Manager develops and executes commercial strategies, oversees business planning, and manages key customer accounts and partnerships. Daily activities include analyzing market trends, defining pricing and revenue models, preparing forecasts, and negotiating commercial and contractual terms with clients and vendors. The Commercial Manager collaborates closely with sales, product, finance, and operations teams to align commercial priorities with business objectives, while leading and mentoring a team to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The role also involves monitoring commercial risks, ensuring compliance with contract obligations, and recommending improvements to optimize the platform’s market positioning.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Engineering.
- MBA a plus.
- 15:20 Years of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development management.
- Strong commercial management and business planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective go-to-market and revenue strategies.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret market data, financial reports, and performance metrics and translate insights into clear action plans.
- Proficiency in team management, including goal setting, coaching, and performance oversight in a commercial or business development environment.
- Experience in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and managing contractual risks.
- Background in B2B Engineering services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing commercial operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Leadership, emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, problem solving, and using AI competences.
