Commercial Manager – Creative Loft (Doha, Qatar)

Creative Loft is a marketing & creative agency in Doha working with fashion, retail, lifestyle, and hospitality brands across Qatar.
The role
We're looking for a Commercial Manager to grow our client base, lead the sales process from first contact to signed deal, and own proposals, pricing, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to new potential clients across Qatar and the GCC
- Book and lead client meetings and discovery calls
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations with the creative team
- Set pricing and negotiate terms to close deals
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and track progress
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and spot upsell opportunities
- Represent Creative Loft at events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or a commercial role, ideally at an agency or in marketing
- Strong network in Qatar's fashion, retail, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors is a plus
- Confident presenter and negotiator with a proven closing record
- Experience writing proposals and pricing creative services
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven
- Based in Qatar
