Role Description This full-time hybrid role for Cold Callers and Appointment Setters is based in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves making outbound cold calls to prospective customers, introducing company services, and qualifying leads according to defined criteria. Daily tasks include engaging in professional conversations, handling objections, updating customer records and CRM systems, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The role also requires meeting call volume and conversion targets, following scripts and compliance guidelines, and providing feedback on customer responses to help refine outreach strategies. Collaboration with sales and operations teams is expected to ensure smooth handover of leads and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
- * Strong spoken and written English communication skills (C1 level), with clear pronunciation and active listening abilities.
- Experience or aptitude in outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting within sales, telemarketing, or customer service environments.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, call center systems, and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, online collaboration platforms).
- Ability to follow structured scripts, adhere to guidelines, and adapt messaging to different customer profiles while maintaining professionalism.
- Resilience and persistence in handling high call volumes, rejections, and objections, with a strong focus on meeting performance targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when documenting interactions and updating records.
- Capability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, being reliable on-site in Qesm El Maadi while managing tasks independently when working from home.
- Previous experience in BPO, MSP, or technology-driven service companies is an advantage; a diploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
