The Cluster People & Culture Officer supports the day-to-day People & Culture operations across both hotels, ensuring efficient HR administration, team member support, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law. The role contributes to creating a positive workplace culture and an engaging team member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- * Support daily People & Culture operations across both properties.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks, and candidate documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate and confidential team member records, personnel files, and HR system information.
- Prepare employment letters, certificates, contracts, HR correspondence, and other documentation as required.
- Support probation reviews, performance management, transfers, promotions, and other team member movements.
- Assist with attendance, leave, payroll-related documentation, and employee data changes.
- Respond to team member inquiries regarding policies, benefits, leave, and general People & Culture matters.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and People & Culture activities across both hotels.
- Coordinate with Government Relations regarding visas, Emirates IDs, medicals, occupational requirements, and other employment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, UAE Labour Law, and applicable local regulations.
- Assist in preparing People & Culture reports, trackers, presentations, and monthly statistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
- Support People & Culture projects and other duties assigned by the Cluster People & Culture leadership team.
