Role Description The Cloud Engineer will design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure supporting clinical and administrative systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include deploying and managing cloud services, configuring Linux servers, monitoring performance and availability, and ensuring secure access to applications and databases. The role involves collaborating with software development and IT teams to automate deployments, optimize resource usage, and support integration between systems. The Cloud Engineer will also troubleshoot infrastructure issues, implement backup and recovery solutions, and assist with security and compliance controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo.
