are committed to innovation, clinical excellence, and expanding access to advanced medical
technologies across emerging and established healthcare markets worldwide. As part of
their international expansion, they are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Support &
Clinical Application Specialist based in Morocco.
Role Overview
This role combines commercial coordination with clinical expertise, supporting both the sales
team and healthcare professionals to ensure successful product implementation and
sustained client satisfaction. The successful candidate will act as the operational and clinical
bridge between the company and its network of hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Commercial Coordination
- Provide sales coordination and administrative support to the regional commercial team.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and responsive service support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, installations, and training activities.
Clinical Training & Product Demonstrations
- Conduct product demonstrations for healthcare professionals, surgeons, and clinical staff.
- Deliver clinical training programmes to ensure safe and effective use of our laser solutions.
- Support product installations and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provide ongoing technical and clinical support to existing accounts.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinical queries and product-related support within the assigned region.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and industry events as required.
Candidate Profile
Education & Background
- Degree in healthcare, biomedical sciences, nursing, medicine, or a related clinical or scientific discipline.
- A background in the medical devices or broader healthcare industry is essential.
- Additional commercial or business training is an advantage.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry, ideally in a clinical application, product specialist, or sales support role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to train clinicians and conduct effective product demonstrations.
- Comfortable working in a field-based, autonomous environment with strong organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
