We are looking for a Client Service professional to join our team and support our growing events business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating their requirements with internal teams, and ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of event-related services.
Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding their event requirements, inquiries, updates, and requests. * Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients. * Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Production, Creative, and other internal teams* to ensure smooth event execution. * Follow up on client requirements, event schedules, orders, and deliverables. * Monitor the progress of client requests and ensure deadlines are met. * Handle client concerns and complaints and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve issues promptly. * Follow up with clients to ensure their expectations and requirements are properly met. * Identify additional client requirements and communicate potential opportunities to the Sales team. * Support the Sales team with quotations, proposals, client follow-ups, and project coordination when required. * Maintain accurate client records, communication, project details, and follow-up reports. * Ensure all client information and communications are properly documented. * Identify recurring service issues and communicate them to management to support continuous improvement. * Ensure all activities are carried out according to company policies and procedures. * Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. * Previous experience in Client Service, Account Management, Customer Service, or Operations. * Experience in the Events, Exhibitions, Production, Hospitality, or related industries is highly preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong follow-up and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple client requirements and deadlines. * Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude. * Good problem-solving and organizational skills. * Good command of English and Arabic*.
