Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Executive Manage day-to-day client and insurance operations, serving as the primary point of contact between clients, insurance providers, TPAs, and internal teams. Handle and process client requests including additions, deletions, replacement cards, discount cards, invoicing, and payment follow-up while ensuring compliance with agreed service standards and SLAs. Monitor service performance, reconcile invoices, coordinate follow-ups with insurers and clients, and escalate pending issues when required to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process client email requests related to additions, deletions, replacement cards, and discount card applications.
- Communicate with clients regarding missing documents or clarifications and follow up accordingly.
- Collect full client’s data for additions and coordinate with the insurance company and TPA.
- Submit processed requests to the insurer providers, monitor SLA adherence, and escalate delays when necessary.
- Archive documents and request sheets for tracking, reporting, and invoice reconciliation purposes.
- Track the status of each request and confirm completion back to the client.
- Review requests for compliance with policy guidelines and report discrepancies to the Client Relations Specialist.
- Enter approved additions and deletions directly into the system.
- Prepare quarterly reports covering processed requests, SLA performance, insurer trends, high-growth accounts, and significant deletion trends.
- Initiate invoicing ahead of due dates, reconcile invoices, follow up on collections, and archive payment proofs while informing the Finance Unit.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required / pharmacist is preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within client services, insurance coordination, or administrative operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in drafting formal business correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of insurance processes and billing procedures is preferred.
