Role Description The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The person in this role will advise clients on trade credit insurance solutions, helping them understand product features, coverage options, and how these solutions can support their receivables management. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client portfolios, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating with insurers to secure and maintain optimal coverage. The Client Advisor will also monitor client satisfaction, provide ongoing policy support, and assist in claims-related processes when needed. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with AU Group Middle East’s standards.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and respond effectively to client needs.
- Solid understanding of Insurance, preferably trade credit insurance, or a strong willingness and capacity to learn this specialization.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services, insurance brokerage, or corporate client advisory roles is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment and adhere to ethical, non-discriminatory practices.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are beneficial.
