Advise clients across all brands and all product categories
Directs clients by escorting them to racks and counters, suggesting suitable items.
Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred client sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
Responsible to keep the stock in good condition (price tags clean and stored properly).
Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clientele tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty.
Identifies sales process improvement opportunities and provides information to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement.
Be a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
Minimum High School Diploma
1 to 2 Year sales experience, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, store department
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-driven environment
Good organization and learning skills
