About the Job:
The cleaner is mainly responsible for handling day-to-day activities that serve guests and the branch’s staff, including preparing beverages. The cleaner will also be responsible for delivering and transmitting the daily mail, official papers, and other files, besides implementing the security roles in the department and following up with the car wash staff when needed. and using cleaning equipment and tools in a timely manner.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- performs branch housekeeping as well as asset condition inspections.
- provides basic information to callers, greets people entering the department, and directs them to the correct destination.
- Moves furniture and reorganizes it according to the supervisor’s instructions.
- receives, delivers, and collects incoming and outgoing mail or other documents or items, including correspondence, memoranda, publications, records, files, packages, and other similar materials.
- maintains the kitchen's cleanliness.
- Preparing beverages for the branch’s guests and employees.
- implements the roles and procedures related to internal security for the department. prepares and provides drinks to guests and employees and keeps the washbasins and other items clean and tidy.
- Empty and dispose of trash receptacles in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and timelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
