We are looking for Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor (Fit out and Construction works) to join our team,

Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate daily tasks as per priorities and manager requirements
- Supervise construction and facility workers; delegate tasks to meet deadlines
- Ensure safe use of tools and equipment; provide safety training
- Resolve conflicts and maintain smooth communication
- Report project status to site engineers and management
- Inspect construction sites and facility maintenance/modification works
- Identify and manage potential safety hazards
- Enforce compliance with health and safety practices
- Organize work schedules and manage material orders/deliveries
- Assist civil engineers with planning activities
- Complete site reports and maintain accurate records
- Oversee facility maintenance and modification works
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Foreman/Site Supervisor in fit-out, construction, and facility management (UAE experience preferred)
- Technical knowledge of civil, architectural, and finishing works
- Ability to manage manpower, materials, and site logistics
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in reporting and MS Office
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
