Requirements :-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
3–7 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably with significant experience in tourism, hospitality, hotel, resort, or luxury villa projects.
Strong understanding of building construction, finishing works, and site coordination.
Experience coordinating multiple tasks, including structural, architectural.
Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge MS Project is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day project activities with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Assist in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project activities.
Coordinate civil and building works for hotels, resorts, villas, tourism facilities, and other hospitality developments.
Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and civil drawings and identify technical issues or discrepancies.
Coordinate inspections, material approvals, technical submissions, and consultant/client approvals.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, HSE standards, and contractual obligations.
Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
