Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer – Arabic Speaker to join our Roads & Infrastructure team in the U.A.E.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in roadworks, utilities, infrastructure construction, and site engineering while gaining practical exposure to live projects.
Key Responsibilities
- * Support site engineers in the execution of road and infrastructure works.
- Assist with site inspections, measurements, and monitoring of construction activities.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing drawings, method statements, specifications, and technical documents.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Support quality and HSE requirements at project sites.
- Monitor work progress against approved drawings and project requirements.
- Gain hands-on exposure to roadworks, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and infrastructure activities.
Requirements
- * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Arabic-speaking with good English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work at project sites and develop practical site-engineering skills.
- Strong interest in building a career within the Roads & Infrastructure sector.
