Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant experience to support the execution and supervision of civil construction projects in Yanbu. The ideal candidate should have strong site experience, solid technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and fluent spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor civil works at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Read, interpret, and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Review BOQs, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress, quality, materials, and workmanship.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site procedures.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and site teams in English.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or project engineering.
- Mandatory: Relevant experience in at least one of the following: Road Construction OR Industrial/Factory Construction.
- Strong experience in site supervision and civil construction works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent spoken English - mandatory.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods, engineering standards, and site procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
