Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil engineering projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.

· Develop site layouts, grading plans, road profiles, utility layouts, and structural details.

· Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and other team members to collect design specifications and resolve design issues.

· Revise drawings based on feedback and mark-ups from engineers and project managers.

· Ensure drawings comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.

· Maintain and organize drawing files and related documents in accordance with company standards.

· Conduct site visits when necessary to gather data or verify measurements.

· Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and bill of materials.

· Keep up-to-date with advancements in design software and industry standards.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or certification in Civil Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a civil draftsman or similar role.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant drafting/design software.

· Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts and construction processes.

· Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.
