Sectra is looking for a new CIO, an exciting role in one of Swedens’s most renown growth companies. The CIO leads our Operational Excellence and IT (OpIT) department. You will be accountable for the delivery and continuous improvement of Sectra's internal IS/IT and AI landscape, covering IT infrastructure, IT operations, corporate tools, cybersecurity, and operational excellence (quality). A special emphasis is to lead the way in how AI is used internally across the whole organization.
You will lead a department of approximately 35 people in four direct-reporting teams, based primarily at our headquarters in Linköping, Sweden, and report to the President and CEO of the Sectra Group.
Our current CIO will begin to step down and work part-time, staying in the organization ahead of retirement. He will retain responsibility for network and security during a defined transition period. In this role he reports to the CIO, so you get an experienced colleague and a proper handover.
