Confidential Search – MENA Region
Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the construction and real estate sector. A major construction / real estate business is hiring a CFO/Finance Director to lead project finance, cash flow, governance and growth planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial strategy, project reporting, controls and forecasting.
- Partner with leadership on capital allocation, margin and commercial performance.
- Strengthen finance systems, audit readiness and stakeholder reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with strong construction, contracting or property-finance background.
- Experience with project P&L, cash flow and cost control.
- Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
- GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
