Hunza Water Treatment Equipment is seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Chemical Sales Engineer to drive business growth and provide technical solutions across the UAE. The ideal candidate will combine strong chemical engineering expertise in water treatment (RO systems, filtration, and dosing chemicals) with proven technical sales experience, managing client relationships from initial site assessment to final contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development & Technical Sales: Actively identify, target, and acquire new commercial, industrial, and residential sales opportunities for water treatment equipment, RO systems, filtration units, and chemicals across the UAE.
* Technical Consulting & Site Surveys: Conduct on-site technical surveys, analyze client water treatment requirements, recommend technical specifications, and design customized chemical treatment programs.
* Proposals & Chemical Dosing: Formulate detailed technical and commercial proposals, calculate chemical dosing requirements (antiscalants, disinfectants, pH adjusters), and conduct water analysis to support product recommendations.
* Client Relationship & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, contractors, consultants, and commercial accounts, providing technical support and post-sales consultation.
* Pumps & System Integration: Advise clients on suitable water pumps, dosing pumps, and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal system performance.
* Sales Targets & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with internal technical and support teams for seamless delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on technical sales experience in the UAE within the water treatment industry.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep practical understanding of Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants, filtration systems (sand, multimedia, cartridge, carbon), and industrial water treatment chemicals.
* Pump Systems: Familiarity with water pumps, flow dynamics, and chemical dosing pumps is a strong advantage.
* Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and own a personal vehicle (Mandatory).
* Commercial Skills: Proven track record in negotiation, contract closing, and customer-facing technical presentations.
Package & Compensation
* Base Salary: Fixed monthly salary (commensurate with experience).
* Allowances: Transport / operational allowances.
