Job DescriptionWe invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Doha as our new Chef de Cuisine - Indian Cuisine.
The Chef de Cuisine – Indian Cuisine is responsible for leading and overseeing the culinary operations of the Indian cuisine outlet at Fairmont Doha, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction in line with the hotel’s luxury hospitality standards
The role provides strong culinary leadership to the kitchen team, ensuring the authenticity and integrity of Indian cuisine while introducing innovative and contemporary culinary concepts that enhance the overall dining experience
Working closely with the Executive Sous Chef and the Executive Chef and the wider culinary team, the Chef de Cuisine will oversee menu development, kitchen operations, food quality, cost control, hygiene and safety standards, and team performance while maintaining high standards of culinary excellence
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Indian cuisine, a strong knowledge of regional Indian culinary traditions and techniques, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.
