Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to designated destinations in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Assist passengers with luggage and other reasonable requests
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and fully operational
- Plan routes efficiently to minimize travel time and ensure punctuality
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and incidents
- Use navigation systems and communication devices effectively
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
- Follow company procedures regarding vehicle security and passenger safety
Requirements
- * High school certificate or equivalent
- Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chauffeur, light vehicle driver, or professional driver
- Good knowledge of local roads, landmarks, and traffic regulations
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
