Role overview
Build the partner channel: the resellers, integrators and consultancies who will carry think AI into accounts we will not reach directly. This is a build role, not a management one; the channel largely does not exist yet.
What you will do
Recruit, onboard and enable partners across the region.
Build the commercial framework: margin, deal registration, tiering and the rules of engagement.
Create the enablement partners need: technical training, positioning and competitive material.
Run joint pipeline with partners and hold them to it.
Be the internal advocate for what the channel needs from product and marketing.
What you need
Six years or more in channel or partner management in enterprise technology.
You have built a channel rather than inherited one.
Comfort with partner economics and with negotiating them.
Fluent English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
Existing partner relationships across the GCC.
Hardware or infrastructure channel experience.
Experience launching a partner programme from scratch
