Job Summary:
Lead and oversee the bank’s transfer operations, ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of incoming and outgoing transfers and electronic payments while maintaining high service quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily transfer operations and electronic payments processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate transactions processing in line with SLAs.
- Monitor compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise team performance and support employee development.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Post graduate degrees and specialized professional certifications are plus.
- Minimum 10 years of banking operations experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
