CompensationCDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.
Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.
Equipment & FreightDrivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with:
Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities and customer freight throughout established operating lanes.
Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established dry van lanes.
Established customer freight helps support year-round hauling opportunities and dependable weekly mileage for drivers.
Home TimeThis position offers home weekly scheduling. Time at home is planned around freight availability and route assignments while maintaining consistent mileage opportunities throughout the week.
