Role Description The Captain Waiter is responsible for supervising and coordinating service in the restaurant or outlet, ensuring guests receive attentive, timely, and courteous service. This full-time, on-site role in the Riyadh Region involves overseeing table setups, taking and relaying orders, managing food and beverage delivery, and supporting the service team during busy periods. The role includes guiding and assisting waitstaff, resolving guest concerns, and upholding hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The Captain Waiter collaborates closely with kitchen and bar teams, monitors section performance, and helps maintain accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
