Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Specialist role based in Sulaymaniyah at Neuron Medical Complex. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound patient calls, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling. Responsibilities include responding to patient inquiries, providing accurate information about services and procedures, and directing calls to the appropriate clinical or administrative teams. The role also involves documenting call details in patient systems, verifying basic patient information, and following established protocols to ensure timely and professional communication. The Call Center Specialist will collaborate with front-desk, nursing, and administrative staff to support smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.
